In this part of the process, we focus on prevention & preparation to optimize your learning & wellness – or that of your child/student – laying a solid foundation for success through the use of effective strategies, valuable resources, individualized planning and empowering tools.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Benjamin Franklin

This step of the process takes your current skills & knowledge – honoring where & who you are now – & propels you towards where you aspire to be through evidence-based teaching & coaching practices tailored to your needs.

“It’s not the beauty of a building you should look at, it’s the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time.”

This step of the process is where we strengthen your skills by allowing for guided practice, whether within our self-paced instructor-guided courses or live 1:1 or group coaching. Feedback is essential to the fortify phase. We are literally rewiring our brains & strengthening neural pathways! Practice makes permanent!

“To learn something new, to set a new habit in place, repetition is required.”

Christine Comaford, Forbes

We take a holistic approach with every client, putting their needs, interests & goals at the forefront of our work. We seek to empower our clients to maximize their learning & wellness potential & tailor our support to meet their specific needs.

We use a salutogenic approach, meaning that we don’t look at our clients as something broken or needing a fix, rather we empower them to embrace wellness & learning to maximize their potential with the goals that are important to them.

Humans are, by nature, social creatures. Our learning and well-being depend on this. A hallmark of our programs is to make connections with you, connect you to others who are going through similar journeys & connect you to your community at large. Connection is essential for continuing your growth beyond what you learn here & will empower you to continue building your own learning, teaching, parenting & beyond.

Connect via our newsletter, social media or by joining our communities for professionals and families. Don’t walk the journey alone!
